The rooms are a nice size with large bathrooms. The shower is the best!- The location is great, next to Castilla La Mancha.- There is a pleasant tapas bar nearby which offers good value.- The hotel has large public areas.

The staff at Exe Dona Carlota are absolutely friendly and excellent. The room was outstanding and included a working safe.- The hotel location is nice, being close to Puerta de Toledo City Gate.- It is set in a secure area next to the town center.- There is a supermarket and a pleasant tapas bar nearby.

The hotel had a beautiful and ornate decor, with unique features like statues and decorations throughout. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large king sized bed and effective air conditioning. Another advantage was the secure underground parking, which was convenient and reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised by the lush decor, comfortable room, and convenient parking at this hotel.

The breakfast at the hotel was overpriced and not worth the money. The coffee was unpleasant, and the meats and cheeses seemed frozen and unappetizing.

soundproofing is very bad. You can hear everything from the corridor mainly. cleaning carts are noisy, they should be greased. hotel was 1. 5 km from the train station where we came, also another 1. 5 km from downtown, is not the best choice if you don't want to walk that far. room's fridge wasn't working and they had to end up changing it for us. There was no TV remote and TV was too small. WIFI wasn't even working for us to get whatsapps.

The centre with the Plaza Mayor is about 15 minutes walk away. The Puerta de Toledo is five minutes away. As it is Holy Week, we prefer to be further away from the centre because of the processions and parking. Good hotel to know the city and well communicated to visit nearby towns.

The free car park did not have a reservation and on one occasion we could not leave the car in it. But fortunately, in the same area there is easy and free parking. When we arrived at the reception who attended us was correct but a little sparing in explanations about the information of the visits to make. On later occasions when we went to her she was already in a "better mood", although she was always correct.

The room is spacious and beautiful, with all amenities included and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
